The Fremont, California community, along with family and friends, is mourning the tragic and sudden loss of Morabia Siddhi Suresh, 33, whose life was cut short in a heartbreaking incident on Interstate 75 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, on June 8, 2026.
According to the Kentucky State Police, Morabia was involved in an initial collision on the northbound side of I-75 near the 62-mile marker. In the aftermath of the crash, her beloved pet escaped from the vehicle. Concerned for its safety, she exited her vehicle in an attempt to retrieve her pet. Tragically, while on the roadway, she was struck by a passing Chevrolet Malibu.
Emergency responders immediately transported Morabia to Rockcastle Regional Hospital, where medical personnel worked tirelessly to save her. Despite their efforts, she succumbed to her injuries. The Rockcastle County Coroner’s Office officially pronounced her deceased. Authorities have indicated that neither drugs nor alcohol are believed to have contributed to the incident.
Morabia’s passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who knew her.
